VSBA Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by phone or in writing to Kerri Lamb at klamb@vtvsba.org or 1-800-244-VSBA.

No payment is required for cancellations made up to 72 hours prior to the meeting. Failure to provide the VSBA with a 72 hour notice of cancellation will result in a bill to the registrant’s school district. Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time.

 

The VSBA reserves the right to cancel events at any time. If the VSBA cancels an event due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the VSBA, you are entitled to a full refund. We regret that VSBA is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If the VSBA cancels a workshop in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted via the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address. In addition, if the VSBA cancels the meeting with less than 24 hours notice, we will attempt to notify all registrants by phone.
